Four clauses in our General Terms decide more outcomes than all the rest combined: the one-account rule, the 10-day bonus window, the three-business-day withdrawal cycle, and the commission that applies when a deposit is withdrawn without being played through. Everything else is context. This page walks through the terms in order of how often they actually matter, in ordinary language, with the figures kept intact. Where a number appears here, it appears the same way in the binding document.
You must be at least 18 years old. Registration by anyone under 18 is prohibited and unlawful, and an account found to belong to a minor is closed with any winnings voided. Where the legal gambling age in your country of residence is higher than 18, that higher age applies to you.
The account must be yours, it must be your only one, and the details on it must be true and accurate. Only one account is permitted per person, per household or address, per phone number or email address, and per IP address. Two adults on one home connection therefore need to speak to support before the second registration, not after it. Duplicate accounts are closed when found and any bonuses claimed through them are voided.
A brief word on licensing, because it is the first thing an informed player looks for. ViciBet does not publish licensing or corporate registration details on the site. If that information matters to your decision — and for many players it reasonably does — request the current position from [email protected] before you deposit rather than after, and treat any licence number quoted on a third-party site as unverified until we confirm it ourselves.
The General Terms list the territories from which accounts cannot be opened. The list is long and includes several regulated markets, so it is worth checking before registering rather than at the point of a withdrawal.
| Region | Territories named in the Terms |
|---|---|
| Europe | Belarus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Malta, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine including the territory of Crimea |
| Caucasus and Asia | Armenia, Afghanistan, China, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, North Korea |
| Americas and Caribbean | Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles, Cuba, Haiti, United States of America, Venezuela |
| Africa | Côte d’Ivoire, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan |
Using a VPN or proxy to reach the site from a listed territory is a breach in its own right, quite apart from the country restriction, and it is normally identified at the verification stage rather than at registration. The practical consequence is that the breach surfaces at the moment funds are due to leave the platform, which is the worst possible time to find out.
Withdrawal requests are processed within three business days of the request. Our finance department operates Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 17:00 GMT, which is why a request made on Friday evening starts its clock on Monday morning. Bank transfers can take a further three to five business days to reach the receiving account after they leave us; card and wallet payouts are typically faster once approved.
The general minimum deposit is €10 or the equivalent in your account currency, and available methods depend on your location. Cards, bank transfer, Sofort and Giropay are supported alongside Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum, with the cashier showing the exact set available to you. Ten account currencies are named in the Terms: EUR, USD, NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, CZK, AUD and CHF.
Withdrawals go back to a method registered in your own name. Third-party payouts are not processed, and where the deposit method cannot receive funds, the payout is routed to an alternative in the same name. A pending withdrawal can be cancelled before it is processed, and doing so returns the funds to the playable balance.
Ceilings are set by VIP level, and the level itself is assessed on your activity across the 90 calendar days preceding the withdrawal request. A quiet quarter therefore changes the limits that apply to the next payout, which is worth knowing before planning a large one.
| VIP level | Per transaction | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | €500 | €500 | €7,000 |
| Level 2 | €1,000 | €2,000 | €25,000 |
| Level 3 | €1,000 | €3,000 | €30,000 |
| Level 4 | €1,500 | €4,000 | €50,000 |
| Level 5 | €1,700 | €5,000 | €75,000 |
Equivalent tables for USD, NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, CZK, AUD and CHF are published in full in the General Terms. If a balance exceeds the monthly ceiling, the remainder stays in the account and is paid out across subsequent periods rather than being forfeited.
Two charges exist and both are avoidable, which is exactly why they belong near the top of anything written about our terms rather than buried at the end.
If the total amount staked is less than the amount deposited, we reserve the right to cancel any winnings and to keep a commission of 10% of the last deposit — never less than €0.50 — as payment expenses, rising to 15% where the balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer.
The clause exists to stop the account being used as a money-transfer channel rather than as a gambling account, which is a compliance requirement rather than a commercial preference. Avoiding it is simple: play through at least the amount you deposited before requesting a withdrawal. If you deposit €100, stake €100 or more before you withdraw and the clause never engages.
The second charge is dormancy. An account with no login for 180 consecutive days is classed as inactive, and while it stays inactive an administration fee of €5 per month may be charged. A single sign-in inside the six-month window prevents it entirely, and closing an account you no longer want is cleaner than leaving it idle.
Individual promotions carry their own figures on their own pages, and where a promotion page and the general rules differ, the promotion page governs that offer. The general framework beneath them is as follows.
| Rule | Value in the General Terms |
|---|---|
| Deposit casino bonus wagering | 35x the initial deposit and bonus amount |
| No-deposit bonus wagering | 40x, with conversion capped at 5x the bonus |
| No-deposit free-spin winnings | 40x, with winnings capped at €80 |
| Deposit bonus conversion cap | 10x the bonus amount |
| Casino bonus expiry | 10 days from credit |
| Sports bonus expiry | 30 days from credit |
| Maximum stake during rollover | €100 or local equivalent |
| Minimum sports bet | €1 |
Game weighting decides how fast that rollover moves. Slots outside the excluded list, scratch cards and keno contribute 100%. Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person and Monopoly contribute 50%. All live games, video poker, Plinko and the special games list contribute 10%. All table and card games contribute nothing at all, as do the titles on the excluded slots list, which begins with Book of Sun Multichance, Starburst XXXtreme, Dead or Alive and Dead or Alive 2. Playing a 0% game during rollover is not penalised, but it moves you no closer to finishing.
Four practices are treated as bonus abuse and cost the bonus along with anything derived from it: minimum-risk play such as a roulette bet covering 24 or more of the 37 numbers; staking above the €100 ceiling before rollover completes; moving from a low-weighted game to a high-weighted game after a large win; and two-tier betting. None of these is a grey area in the Terms, and all four are detectable in the bet log after the fact.
Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator, and the results recorded on our servers are the authoritative record of what happened in a round. If a display on your device disagrees with the server record — after a disconnection, a frozen animation or a browser crash — the server record stands, which in practice protects the player as often as it does us, since an interrupted round is settled rather than lost.
Formal complaints go to [email protected] and should include the account username, your full name, a detailed summary of the issue and the specific dates and times involved. Those four elements are what allow a case to be traced in the logs on the first pass rather than the third. We will inform you of the outcome within 10 days, with an extension where a case is genuinely complex, and the Terms set out the further external avenues available if the answer does not resolve the matter.
Any legal claim arising from the Terms or from use of the site is settled in accordance with the applicable law. The General Terms are concluded and executed in English; translated versions exist for convenience and the English text governs in the event of any difference.
Three tools sit alongside the account and all three are arranged through support rather than through a self-service switch, so the first step in each case is the same: write to [email protected] or open live chat.
Free and confidential help is available independently of us through GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous at gamblersanonymous.org and Gambling Therapy at gamblingtherapy.org. Those organisations are named on our responsible gaming page for a reason: an operator is not the right party to advise on a gambling problem, and none of the three has any commercial interest in whether you continue playing.
Terms change. Promotions are added and retired, weightings are adjusted when a provider changes a title, and payment methods come and go with the processors behind them. The version published on the site at the moment you place a bet is the version that applies to it, which is the ordinary position for any online service and the reason the date on the page is worth a glance if something looks different from how you remember it.
Material changes are communicated to registered players, and continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised document. If a change is one you are not willing to accept, the account can be closed at any point through support, subject only to a zero balance and no pending withdrawal.
